Happyology reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the service for any reason, without notice. - Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Happyology be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your submission of content. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. - Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
